Local Action Planning (LAP) Groups
The LAP Groups in the region play a key role in supporting local volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering for a LAP or speaking to them about other NRM volunteering opportunities in their local area, visit the LAP page.
Community NRM Centres
Volunteering opportunities also exist with the region’s community NRM centres – the Mt Pleasant Natural Resources Centre, the Strathalbyn Natural Resources Centre and the Lakes Hubs at Milang and Meningie.
NRM Community Volunteer Groups
There are a number of Community Volunteer Groups that operate within the SA Murray-Darling Basin region. These groups are involved in a range of NRM activities including revegetation, bushcare, sustainable farming, wetland management and various monitoring activities. Bush for Life
