The Regional NRM Plan for the SA MDB identifies a set of long-term targets (Resource Condition Targets) and intermediate targets (Management Action Targets – MATs) for each of the Region’s assets.
Between February and August 2010 the SA MDB NRM Board addressed the question “what progress are we making against the MATs”? Individuals with relevant knowledge were brought together at a series of workshops to review evidence and make an assessment of target progress.
The tables below in the “Snapshot of progress” show progress for all Water targets including an achievement score, an explanatory statement and a note about our confidence in allocating the score.
